combat looks terribly goofy in this game, especially the stiff animation of people jumping and shooting.

I thought the same thing looking at videos; but then I played it at a friend and the feel is surprisingly good.

Jumping is bad I'll give you that (at least till the 3rd august overhaul) but the ballistics feels fucking great. Weapons and movement have weight and the sound design is good.

its worth getting considering the price tag, only 32 CAD?

the gun physics are pretty great there's no hitscan, you really have to lob parabolic shots over great distances to hit guys with the rifles
