To answer this more seriously than this thread deserves:

I think Nights of Azure handles homosexuality very well, in so much as it barely even addresses it.
They're posed more as two people who happen to be in love rather than making a big deal out of the fact that both of them are women. They're simply in love and show that to each other throughout the game, nothing more.
I think we need more of this sort of thing, stories about people instead of stories about fags.
