Smt4 and apocalpse were really cool, but those are the only smt games I've played.

I liked persona 3 and 4 too, but i hated 5.

What should I play next? I think nocturne but there's a lot of other smt spin offs I could try too...

Doi made her too waifu in IV:A, and really sexualized her.
IV's design needed imrovements, but her hair was emphasized more, and she wasn't a giant tit demon.

Nocturne is probably your safest bet, though there's not very much talking compared to what you've played.

If you like Dungeon Crawlers and P3-4, you could try Persona Q too. I've barely heard anyone praise Q though, even though it's a great game.

Core gameplay (combat) is probably the best it's ever been, going from 4:A to Person 5 was a pretty massive downgrade. Sadly everything else is worse. The story, characters, the world (it's presented much worse than 4), sidequests, the new music tracks, there's even less shit talking bosses in Apocalypse.

Hopefully SMT 5 will keep the combat improvements, but actually try with the story and characters this time.
