there's probably the three gun shop dudes on the last day you dont know about. and bill on the first day in the entrance plaza who is now dead. there are other "secret" survivors but people tend to get them by accident cause they're on the path to other guys:

the AI is fine. pay more attention. all survivors have unique personalities and if you put the work into learning how they work, you'll be escorting 8x with 0 damage in no time, its really not that hard. DR1 ai being bad is a meme

3 has an optional "Nightmare Mode" with a time limit that the game wasn't designed around. there aren't scoop chances based on time blocks, its just a global timer under which you have to beat the game, so basically its ACTUALLY the shitty, poorly designed, anti-fun sort of timer that most DR newbies fear. its very bad

3 still has the time limit even in the normal mode but it's so lenient that its basically not there at all. Then, they included the Nightmare mode as DLC at some point and it's just as bad as as >>385188573 says. It's not balanced at all and you'll just end up with literal shitloads of things to get done dropped on your lap. The leafs were a mistake. Don't even bother with DR4 either, I would rather play DmC and other assorted mediocre games than DR4 again. It's the first game I actually regret wasting time on. Second would be Andromeda. In retrospect, the two games have a lot in common.

In the notebook it says I'm missing one survivor. Does Ed dying still fuck it up or am I fucked period? After Jessie dies it says 47 safe so I think I fucked up bad.
