Squad turned based. Movement is deternined by action, which annoys some people since you can't tell a group to go to a spot directly. Also, your actions can be interrupted by enemy actions, and there is a measure of tactical thought in every battle.

Often people get derailed by over-leveling and having trouble with bosses, since major encounters scale. The is a scale cap which is lower than the level cap.

It has a demo, I think, if you want to try the system to see if you would like it. It can run on a toaster, pretty much. Early UE3, sp lots of texture pop in.

Honestly, overgrinding doesn't make the game impossible for two reasons.

One, there is a soft cap before every gated story section, so it's not like you are going to hit max level.

Two, while it does make boss fights much harder, few are impossible. Difficult as high hell, yes, but not impossible. This is helped since most bosses also have a soft cap they generally don't go past.

Still, minimize raising BR by doing big mob pulls, since that maximizes stat and skill gains while minimizing BR gains.

Hardware power is irrelevant. Generations are measured in time. The Wii U had a 6 year life span. The Switch is the direct successor to the Wii U, making it a new generation console. Switch is 9th gen, Wii U, PS4, and Xbone are 8th gen.

It works perfectly on pure stealth but you can finish an level a lot more quicker if you berserk your way out like in Conviction since it has the same fight and shooting system, it doesn't make you a harder time if you decide to shoot your way through like in the first three SC games (who never were build like shooters so if shooting was more than a few quick headshots in a stealthy way and that with only one single enemy, you were pretty much dead).

Nobody seem to know this, but Italian relationships with Japan didn't die at the end of WWII.
For example, Italy got all the classic anime from 60s, 70s, 80s and part of 90s. You can find many ancient gems that only have Japanese and Italian dub; I mean, Italy is even responsible for the name "Knights of the Zodiac", and many other stuff, since they were the first to get it in the west.
Literally everybody in Italy watched Lupin the Third, last series premiered in Italian and got a late Japanese dub and release. Italy also produced officially licensed Lupin comics; Monkey Punch himself loves Italy, he's often there and he apparently knows many Italian artists.
