Guys, how should I play this game?
I am about eight hours into this game and I fear I've made a huge mistake. When making my character I decided a low Intelligence build would be funny, open new and entertaining dialogue options like it does in New Vegas, but I didn't know it would make dialogue literally unusable throughout the entire game. It was funny at first, but when you realize you can't do any of the side quests, and nobody gives you any information on anything it gets a bit tiring.
Should I suffer through the rest of the game like this or should I create a new character that doesn't speak in tongues?

Low int playthrough wasn't a thing until F2.

New character. You can don't need high int, but if you want to get the most out of the 1st palythrough, now lower than 4.
Also AGI is good, have it at 7+
