Sunlight is free

It's also absorbed really badly orally. You should get the injections.

D3 is the sun vitamin though.
as I'm typing this, I have a whole pack lying next to me on my desk. it's a whole week depot in one pill.
then I got my multivitamin and minerals supplement as well and even that as D3 in it.

i would give her a vitamin D injection
Never understood this game. People would drive to a park in the middle of the night to get shot at for this game. And I bet they are the same people who complain about 3d TV glasses , but going to a back alley at 3 in the morning to play a mobile game isn't too much trouble.
She means the D

I have the misfortune of living in Buffalo NY, so I am fully aware of the dangers of D deficiency. As such I take 3400 international units of the D every day.

Pretty freaking badly. Most trainer locations were fast food restaurants and gas stations, because we simply do not have enough parks and open locations, due to really crazy weather patterns.

I live in Tasmania. Almost everyone living in my state has a vitamin D deficiency. I take vitamin D tablets and go for long jogs every day, can't do much more. I'm still deficient and always will be. It can't be helped. There is no sun here.
Post blonde chick pls

http://www.webmd.com/osteoporosis/features/the-truth-about-vitamin-d-can-you-get-too-much-vitamin-d
I was deficient and my doctor recommended I supplement my diet with vitamin D as I have an office job so no sunlight, it's Buffalo NY so no sunlight and I'm lactose intolerant so I while I can drink milk, it's not a pleasant experience. Unlike most vitamins, excess D is stored in your cells for usage later. In fact, humans basically evolved to binge on D during the summer months, then during the winter months live off their store. The problem with D deficiency is we evolved to live in a climate with sun nine months of the year and slightly less sun and some rain the other three months, not live in partial sunlight for six months and overcast winter for the other six.
