This game is probably the best WH40k adaptation yet.

Space Marine was a disappointment. Not as big a disappointment as DoW3 but a disappointment nonetheless

It always goes on sale for $3 and that's really all it's worth. Exterminatus was where the meat of my gameplay time was and it was fun but it still suffered some of the same inconsistencies as the multiplayer

Dawn of War 1 era Warhammer 40k is a completely different setting to Dawn of War 3's Warhammer 40k (2015-ish) and today's Warhammer 40k setting is completely different from both of those as well.

Factions, units, stories, chaarcters, art style, designs... none of that is shared among these three iterations/editions of 40k.
