Halo 1 pistol was great but the ODST pistol remains my favorite. Sleek as fuck. Something about the aesthetic design with the glowing green sights, internal silencer and red accent lights really just hits the spot for me. I always found the bump at the end of the Magnum to be a little odd looking.

The Warp Pistol in The Conduit was pretty good
>Shots bounced off walls
>Can charge it to have multiple rounds bouncing around
Only issue is that the only enemies that carry it are Med-Mites, which aren't all that common, so it ran out of ammo fast.

Human pistol was okay too, but wasn't as versatile as the Warp Pistol

I remember playing this game quite a bit back in the day. The gun designs were definitely a highlight. I really liked the design of the human pistol even if it wasn't functionally the most useful. Come to think of it, many of the guns actually reminded me a lot of Perfect Dark.

The whole game is kind of like a discount Perfect Dark, really. The alien weapons were really the highlight of that game though, the Strike Rifle was vidya gun perfection.
>Most common gun in the game, so ammo is everywhere
>Perfectly accurate with fast projectiles
>Nasty-ass eye-mutation zoom makes it great for sniping
>Can charge the shot for an instakill on most enemy types
>Can fire as fast as the player can pull the trigger.

I hear they changed how it works in the sequel (which i haven't gotten to yet), I'm fearful they ruined my weaponfu
