First two levels you want to get the tractor beam upgrade that lets you fire while tethered, and the M1 upgrade that speeds up your shooting after using skills, then after that get the F upgrade that boosts your damage after using focus, then the one that gives you a bonus to focus charge. Soloing monster camps is an awful idea when you have no escape for their inevitable rotations.

Literally anyone's good with an assassin or brawler, that's nothing special. The only time she shines is at creature fights when everybody's forced to fight in her goo, but even then you're better off with someone else.

I usually focus utility, but even when doing that his damage can be pretty formidable if you hit with your potions. I would still recommend building your heal up before too much else, but he can dish out some dps.
Just actually hit and get the burning and acid going.

I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Last game, for example, I had more kills than everyone else on my team combined AND the most creature summons, as well as the least deaths. I know kills are not everything, but they're a significant portion of your energy generation, and I generated the most energy on my team and still lost.

That seems to happen a lot too. It's very easy to get kills with him, so I get a lot of kills but my team mates just play terribly. Maybe my MMR is just shit.

But on the flipside, my winrate with Margave, who I've played about the same amount, has to be 80%+ because I win nearly every game on him.

What happened to sword and shield characters in video games?

Every video game of the last 4 or 5 years seems to completely ignore that style of character. MOBAs especially.

I just want a big dude in big armor with a big sword and a big shield to do some fun tanking.

Well in OW there's Reinhardt and in TF2 the Demoknight.

I doubt it's better dps, but there is some weird stuff going on with Margraves M1 combo. If you time it, you can click, not hold, and the hits all look like the first hit of the combo. They come out MUCH faster.

The obvious downfall would be you don't get the 4th big slam hit however I seem to get it sometimes if I start holding it down after a couple quick hits. Need to test that in practice, inconsistent. I usually just use it to finish off someone who is only a couple hits away from death. The speed increase is nuts.

You want to get most of his bleed skills (You want the dodge left click and the bleed spin), but on his right click you want to get the two execution ones (Extra damage at 50% life then extra damage at 25% life)

The bleed on his right click is pretty bad and considering how many bleeds you have, it's not necessary. However, the super damage when the enemy is at 25% makes sure you get the kill AND it even refreshes the cool down to escape or do it again.

Hidden Talon, Predatory Instincts, Skirmishing, Bleed Spin, Armor break rat in that order.

Go in and out on them, go hard on squishies and low-HP people, N E V E R dive creatures because all of your shit just stops working near them, especially swoop. If you see them committing hard during an even fight, fuck up their backlines, or whoever's least likely to focus you. Hidden Talon is great for escapes.

Q: cripple and weakness

E: shield and either cleanse or heal

send in cador first on the person you want to kill, then go hit them with the sword, pretty easy.

just remember she is squishy so you can't engage with her unless its 1v1, always let the other melee go in first

I think Gigantic might well survive if they keep up shitting maps, characters, maybe modes and listening to the community instead of going down the Evolve-route. The biggest problem with this game is that it isn't quite as accessible. It runs well and there is no major UX hickups but the game can be confusing as fuck for new normalfags, as opposed to stuff like Overwatch or Paladins where you can just log in, get a match, run around aimlessly clicking things and still win.

Is there any chance the game gets a PS4 release at some point? I like it, but i'm banned from the win store for charging back gears 4 after they blatantly lied about the sysreqs, and the steam version takes like 3-4 minutes for a single match. Console release is my only hope to get actual matches.

When I play him, I start by putting my points to get more HP and avoid getting critted.

Then I upgrade my RMB to get a bigger combo and Demon's reach to really force people to scatter when I comes in. I know counter is a popular choice but I haven't gotten around to trying it.

His most fun and effective move is his leap though, which I tend to upgrade to get a 12 seconds cooldown. It does decent damages, interrupt enemies, and can double as an escape move. That makes Margrave very efficient at picking off low hp enemies who try to run away.

If the enemy team has a lot of ranged options (and they usually have), putting points to reflect projectiles is a good way to score DPS while protecting your team/your guardian.

I basically only use his charge as an escape move, so I tend to upgrade its distance and get the upgrade that negates debuffs or slowing effects. The most important thing to do is never engage more than 1 guys alone, because even though you're tanky enough to force most people to fuck off, you can't catch up without using a skill and thus, a potential escape move.
