Persona 5's OST is nowhere nearly as good as Automata's.
So far it's the best OST this year if not last 5 years and i doubt anything will dethrone it despite actually strong contenders like Yakuza 5 or Pyre..

Automata's soundtrack isn't very good though, people just get hung up on the instrumentation and don't actually listen

You have all this embellishment over phrases what unnecessarily move, making the melodies feel disjointed and preventing many songs from having satisfying peaks

It comes across as disjointed and as a result, boring
