He was recommended to play the Wii version by someone with shit taste.

I played the wii version first and forgot about literally everything after playing the HD one.

I played Unleashed after Colours and Generations.

Some places (like the Sonic Stadium) really hype the "passion" (in other words, NPCs and hubworlds) this game has, but the core of it is so flawed that I didn't enjoy it as much as I may have done had I played it when it first came out.

The idea of going around the world also annoys me because with every game, they just throw out any continuity.
