I'd throw in Reverse Flash and do some crazy shit. An open world Spiderman/Arkham esque game would be cool, especially with abilities like phasing through walls and stuff. Maybe each character having a variation of speedster abilities (ie, Reverse Flash being the only one with the vibrating hand attack that insta kills as an unlockable character).

Mirror Master, Captain Cold, and Heatwave are all genuine threats to the Flash because they break physics almost as hard as he does.

A plaitnum-esque beat-em-up with an emphasis on managing combos using super speed to jump between enemies, and for attacks.

Huge as fuck map thats mostly empty with shitty looking cities, but it's to scale of earth (mostly) and the movement and combat is skill based and you can fuck up and crash into buildings and hurt yourself and shit.

Fighting is done by elaborate combos and managing movement so you don't crash into shit but the environment is fully destructible so you could throw some nigga into the pyramids.

When not fighting other speedsters, you can throttle your speed.

Anybody here play Infamous Second Son? Well I'd basically make Flash's sprint ability like the neon running which let you run super damn fast but also let you run up and down buildings continuously. It was legit more fun than flying or gliding. Also, I'd give him Batman style combat but when he punches it's all done really fast. There would be unlockable powers you get from playing the game, like being able to generate lightning,

Have your general moveset be a lot of blurry superspeed movement that you can't quite see but it still looks flashy.
But the bosses will have superspeed too so when you enter a boss battle time slows down and you can see all your movements clearly.
Boss stages need to have a lot of destructible environments with the pieces falling in slow motion.

Using the speedforce simply slows down time like Viewtiful Joe, although there could be an option to turn it off. You need to eat food to recharge your speedforce meter.
Outside of combat the running is kinda like Superman Returns but a lot more refined.
