It's ASW in general. BB spearheaded it with challenge/mission/trial modes back in CS. BB also was one of the early big games that offered tutorials that went beyond teaching you how to do moves and introduced terms like oki that you used to have to search out, but it was never all that interactive. Xrd vanilla didn't build on this all that much, but Revelator definitely did with the whole jacko bit making you use different moves properly and such. Even those movement sections. ASW doesn't enough credit for this, and reviewers would all ignore that shit instead praising MKX when it had its 4 hour story mode with cool cutscenes.

Later this year when UNIST gets localized, it better get rave reviews for its tutorial alone. Casual shitters bitch about how difficult fighting games are and instead of holding your hand and dumbing the game down, UNIST teaches you how to actually play.

There's the Tutorial that goes through the most basic knowledge for the game and then the more detailed mechanics like safe jumps, frame advantages, and more. There's a total 179 lessons the tutorial covers. Then you have the mission modes for each characters that start from the absolute basics, easy BnBs, and then optimized combos that are very much reminiscent of the combos that the pros used in the arcade versions before the console release. Yes. If you count him as a puppet type character, he is by far the easiest one in a fighting game ever. Honestly, he might be one of the easier characters to play in UNIEL/ST in general, at least execution-wise.
