Everyone knows that with fighting games everyone only ever plays the top tier which only 6-7 characters. The rest are just there for appeal.

Just because your shitty footdive and summon swords broken people or the 3 X-Men characters and MODOK you never played as aren't in doesn't mean the game is bad.

The gameplay is faster and better than UMVC3 by far and with the stones gets rid of the need for assists, which optimized gameplay for 2v2.

Also so no x-factor, so get fuck UMVC3 crybabies

They cut a TON of characters in MVC3. Infinite is the first attempt to try and salvage the previous game while not bloating it with characters nobody liked, played as, or was OP (vergils)
