You still can find PUGs with random players that get together to train for 1-2 tourneys a year, but hardly any "community" left. You can't just hope to find populated servers anymore, you need to set up a party to play beforehand, like in a co-op game

They basically wanted the money/number that League was pulling in, except this game just fucking came out too. Basically it was the curse of being published by EA.

There's this rogue team remaking it from the ground up called Shrine of Imanna. A former dev is also making a shitty game called Shardbound, which is a card game. The rest of the dev team was relegated to EA's Mobile department.
