Why the fuck do people watch serialized let's plays and/or Twitchfags? Nothing about them is funny, informative, or entertaining enough to justify watching them in favor of ACTUALLY PLAYING GAMES. People compare that shit to sports, but you can't just PLAY sports any time you want. Not every let's play needs to be one of those things. The problem is that the majority of them arn't any of those things, which raises the question why bother?

People used to make videos like this with purpose. Show interesting strategies, builds, fastest routes through the game, etc. The commentary was insightful. Now, Let's Playing has evolved into what is essentially a vehicle for retards that couldn't make it as comedians in other mediums.

In the case of Oney specifically, the videos are literally just (exactly) 11 minutes of washed up Newgrounds faggots doing "wacky voices and 90's references" over practically unrelated gameplay footage. It's lazy, and it's barely video games and shouldn't be discussed on this board.
