Why are Vaan and Penelo even in the party after a while? They have the least motivation to be there.
Ashe is there for the quest to reclaim her throne, Basch is there to be her knight, Balthier and Fran are there supporting them in exchange for dosh, Vaan and Penelo are there....because the empire are meanie to them? Sometimes i forget they are even in the party.
