Not exactly on topic, but it's kinda weird how popular archers are on both sides of the globe, but in games they are usually playing support roles. I mean, west alone has elves, Robin Hood, cupids, multiple superheroes with bows - prime material for, at least, simple action where bows = slow guns.

Still it's far from every game ever.
Also, amusingly, all but one game in this list use modern compound bow. Just something I consider interesting tendency.
