I just can't watch this shit anymore. All heroes seem capable of doing these days is stopping bad guys. All they do is destroy their grand plans, but they have no plans of their own.

I just always feel like siding with the bad guy. He's always trying to change the world, make it better. His solution is never perfect, otherwise he wouldn't be "bad", and he's not hiding it. But then he's at least doing something, and he seems to be the only one. Clearly people will die, things will change for the worst, but in the end, his plan will work out. That's what he bets on. What's why he's willing to do so much evil, and sacrifice so much, because there's good at the end. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, and that makes the bad guy the most human character.
The hero is usually a shortsighted liberal that does nothing worthwhile. Well he stops bad guys, so he's the hero, right? So there's this huge world issue, that everyone is aware of, yet no one has a solution. Aside from the bad guy. So the bad guy attempts to solve it, and "No!", goes the hero, "You cannot do that it's evil! Even if you want to solve the world, you cannot do bad things to achieve it!". "What will you do then?", asks the bad guy.

What will you do indeed? That question has been echoing in my mind forever. Not even a fictional hero could ever come up with an answer to that. I mean technically they do, they always have some positive discourse, like "It's okay, there are other ways!", "We'll sort it out, but not YOUR way!", and then the story ends abruptly. It's easy to write such endings, it's harder to propose something, especially when the hero is so shortsighted, unable to project even himself into the future. Where are the books, movies and comics about a hero trying to save the world by tackling its issues, instead of tackling the one attempting to solve them?

Bad guys are achievers, heroes a rock in your shoe. Big Boss is my husbando, Marvel and DC can eat a dick.

That's the complete opposite. The bringers of chaos are the bad guys, they're the ones trying to change things and break the status quo. The hero always prevents change from happening, instead, he's the embodiment of stability, while proposing the hope that "things will get better eventually", but never telling how it'll happen. It pushes the idea that things just improve naturally and slowly, and that we should trust the establishment to do it, but that people proposing large scale changes are bad guys that must be stopped.

in this sense are arguably the characters who want to shake things up the most and want to completely replace the current system with something else (even if that means destroying the current system). One could argue that these superhero films in which the 'hero' has no grand plan except maintaining the status quo, falls into this modern, Fukuyama-ist sentiment of Neoliberalism being the end point of human socio-economic development and that it is pointless to try and change this. We could suggest that the villains in these cases (the more human and less supernatural ones anyway) are indeed the opposite of this sentiment and are actively trying to change how society works. Granted the villains themselves rarely have a grand scheme that would be beneficial towards or even within the realms of the interests of the common man, but that's why stories such as 'Watchmen' are so highly revered, the villain in and of himself performs an act so dastardly that he inadvertently saves the day, although 'saves' is left up to the interpretation of the reader as several other characters overtly voice their opinion on the matter, allowing the reader to see several different viewpoints.
