I don't play many rpg's so I'm a bit wary.
I really like the Witcher for the exploration and atmosphere, haven't played the other two.
I hated Borderlands 2, thought the first one was okay. Really like Dark Souls.
That's about it, do you think it's up my alley /v/? I'm a fan of snowy worlds and Nordic mythology too.

Imo, the game is meh, but i enjoyed parts of it on first playthrough. If you never tried it - might as well.

Skyrim's worth beyond the modding scene is the world that you can walk around in and it's art direction. If that appeals to you enough to looks past how poor of an rpg it is then go for it.

I think I can very much enjoy it for that, been playing a lot of war strategy games for about an hour after work this summer. Want something a bit more calmer soon.
