If you want both, sadly no, but other Suda games come close in "curaaazyness" like No More Heroes

In what way? storytelling style? or gameplay?
Plenty of rail shooters, though not many with puzzle or exploration elements.
As for storytelling style play some of SUDA 51s other games for a start. Id recommend Killer is Dead, it got a hard rap but its a great game.
