Github is just a sourcecode repository. A project either needs to post builds they made somewhere, or have a buildbot to compile it. RPCS3 uses the buildbot appveyor (which a lot of projects also use) to check if changes to code compile right, so you need to download builds from there. Click on the green checkmark on a commit or pull request and then Details to go to appveyor, then go to the Artifacts tab and there should be a zip with the compiled build.

World design is much more intricate in Dark Souls 1 compared to DeS, it's actually tightly connected. Music is so much more recognisable and iconic, don't tell me Gwyn's theme, the Ash Lake theme or the intro music aren't perfect. Weapon/build variety is much greater. The Dark Souls lore is engaging and the story themes solidify the whole. Art design is much more unique.
