Mugen Souls, Mugen Souls Z, Tales of Berseria, and God Eater Resurrection all have yet to be fixed by modders.

Not to mention that, thanks to standard def and smaller TVs and the original 64 game is darker than remake, you wouldn't be able to see his tiny black eyes until you got up close enough to him.
He' scary because from the shoreline we'd see this big blue monster with a long neck, no eyes, red mouth, his model is almost static since he barely animates and to top it all off he's in the fucking water which is automatically scary since everyone is 100% defenseless in water.
