Is this a good mouse, /v/?
>>
Yes, I am using it right now, bretty good--best FPS mouse out there.
>>
>>384923336
It is, but the wire covering can break it's too loose and bunches up a lot.
Still use it however
>>
>>384923336
ayyy thats my mouse i like it cant complain. got it for $40
>>
I have a g502 proteus core. I hate it, it's heavy even without the weights and the mouse wheel rattles when doing quick movements with it. The g900 (I know that's not pic related) looks like what I wanted the g502 to be. Does anyone have it? I need to know if I should buy it. It's less than a day's worth of pay but don't want to buy another mouse I don't like.
>>
Just bought the deathadder elite after having a deathadder black for like 5 years. I'm not too anal about mouse specs and shit but this is really nice. Glides on my mousepad
>>
How's the Logitech G Pro?

I have the same mouse but recently upgraded to this one. It has a better sensor and doesnt look as autistic
>>
>>384923336
Good mouse to collect dirt and dead skin from your fingers inside lmao
>>
>>384923336
the rubber where your thumb and ring finger lay wears off easily. after a year of use mine had big holes there.
edgy mouse design. dead skin sticks to those crevices.
cable is very stiff, a big problem if you use low sensitivity.
mouse wheel isnt very good. middle mouse button went insensitive after a year.
>>
>>384923336
why did they stop making the mx51x series? do they hate money? why stop making something that is almost perfect?
>>
Mionix Naos 7000 is a super comfy mouse for it's price as well. Good sensor as well.
>>
which Logitech mice should I look into if I don't play MOBAs or MMOs?
>>
Zowie or bust
>>
>>384924453
M500
>>
>>384923336
plastic shit
>>
>>384924454
Are the scroll wheels fucked up? I've seen reviews saying they don't work half the time.
>>
>>384923336
I really like how Zowie looks and feels. Chose FK1 for the size.
>>
>>384924453
How big is your hand? What kind of grip do you use?
>>
>>384924072
It has less buttons though. My current Logitech Mouse (G500) has 7 + a 4-way mousewheel and I'm frequently using all of them, I don't think I could downgrad in that regard, even if the sensor and looks are better.
>>
>>384924702
Mine works fine, might be how people say monitors have "dead pixels" a lot but that's more of an exaggeration
>>
Terrible, mine broke after just one year. Skips and loses connection intermittently, put my old mx518 in and now I have a good mouse again
>>
>>384924147
You see Yuri, this is multi purpose device, it exfoliator as well as pointing computer device.
>>
>>384924828
I use a fingertip grip and my hand is average-size Idk I don't feel like measuring at the moment
>>
>>384924220
Amen. Other than that okay
>>
>>384923903
I just got the 502 and found the same, just kill me senpai
>>
>>384924873
Nah, I believe what that guy's saying. Mine's got this thing where it middle clicks multiple times.

I'm considering getting a mouse with macro support and I have a few questions before I buy:
>How much do you people use the macro capabilities?
>In what cases do you people use them?
>What do you use the macros for?
>Do games ban you for using it?
>Does it have advanced scripting capabilities (Lua/custom script language support)?
>Is it worth buying a mouse with macro support?
>>
>>384923336
Buy any logitech mouse. Keep the receipt.

They have the most amazing customer service.
I had a G400 mouse i bought years ago that went bad.
Since they don't carry the version of my mouse anymore, they gave me the new version of it for free. The G400s.

Of course you could always lie about your mouse being broken and get a new one. They don't require sending back the box/mouse for replacement.
>>
>>384929317
>Don't live in Burgerland
>G400 breaks
>Told by Logitech to contact the seller
>Since the G400 is no longer available I only get my money back
>>
>>384923336
yes, have one and i am loving it
>>
>>384928593
A little outdated now

Also putting the G900 in god tier is very spicy, even if I agree
>>
>>384923614
get a bungie camade
>>
>>384928593
The G502 is too heavy. Other than that, it's perfect.
>>
>>384924061
great
>>
>>384929690
Is this what having no freedom is like?!?

I kid, but at least you got your money back.

The g400 mouses are good but the wiring a bit shody. You could always spliced a new wire and get it fixed.
>>
>>384923336
>Extra buttons on the left side of the left mouse button
>I hold my mice slightly angled
>Can't reach buttons that are there, but no manufacturer puts them anywhere else.
Why.

No. Too much shit going on it.
I have G403 and it is goat.
>>
>>384923336
I use a G502, it's the best mouse I've ever had and my only issue with it was mwheel button being a little bit too hard to push down.
After using it for a few months, it either loosened up to be fine or I got used to it.
No longer bothers me at all.
>>
>>384931220
Even with the weights removed?
>>
>>384931765
too heavy for fast-paced FPS games
>>
>>384931887
Definitely. It's 121 grams without the weights. Still too heavy.
>>
>>384931887
not him but it depends what mouses you're used to.
I admit it's slightly heavier than my old mouse, but after using it for a long time it no longer feels heavy.
If you're a spaghetti arm weakling, then it might bother you
>>
>>384923903
Don't know if you're still here anon, but I have had a G900 since it came out and love it. I owned a G502 prior and it's a world of difference. The weight is perfect, it's very comfy for my normal sized hands and the tracking is just as good as a wired mouse. I paid the $150 for it, but honestly don't regret it as it has been one of my best peripheral purchases ever.
>>
>>384932028
>>384932083
Guess I have a strong wrist from gaming with a wireless mouse with 2 AA batteries for years. I use all the weights in my G502 and it feels just right.
>>
>>384932634
nah, it's just a matter of getting used to.
babby e-spoats fags just think having a soft pad & weightless mouse makes their reaction / skill better
>>
>>384932929
You really don't help your case when you say "babby e-spoats fags".
>>
>>384923336
Using it right now, I love it. Havent encountered any issues.
>>
>>384924061
I love mine. It's smaller, so just keep that in mind.
>>
>>384932634
>>384932929
I find the balance feels funny without a weight in the back. I've had mine for about a year and a half. I've played with no weights, all the weights, for the last ~6 months I've had 3 around the middle and one in the far back and it's been nicely balanced. The weight doesn't matter that much in most mice, don't see why it's an issue...

For what it's worth my mouse still feels the same as the day I got it as far as I can tell. The Logitech software is a bit iffy honestly but nothing to complain about. Being able to adjust sensitivity with a button is nice, and having a button to hold to reduce sensitivity. Most use it when positioning stuff on my screen precisely rather than gaming.

Have this badboy since launch and it is amazing.
The only drawback is the huge difference in force you need between the main buttons and the scroll click.
>>
>>384934394
garbage
>>
>>384934394
Unfortunately it only has 6 programmable buttons.
>>
>>384934927
I had the g402 right before this one and never used more than 2 side buttons. So i think it is ok.
But each to their own.
>>
Is it true that Deathadders are bad or is it just a meme?
>>
Anyone have a good mouse under $10?
>>
>>384935836
It's a meme. Just look at how many pro players use them.
>>
>>384935836
Only real pro gamers use an Nvidia DeathAdder

Best mouse I've got

Better than the FK1 for me if that's something, but that's mainly because I had the wrong hand size.
