Holy FUCK, why doesn't anyone talk about this masterpiece?
Literally the best game ever made. I know it's a clunky old piece of shit with a horrific UI, horrible graphics, terrible controls and ridiculous writing but it's not very well known which invalidates all of those bad things about it. Even more so because it's Japanese.

Why are there so many Obscure Videogame shills on /v/ lately?
because all japanese games suck
>>384918631
Because Nostalgia Pandering E-Celeb just put out a video about it, so casuals act like they know shit.
>>384918750
>There are people on /v/ RIGHT NOW that unironically enjoy Nostalgia Pandering E-Celeb
>>384918926
I liked Nostalgia Pandering E-Celeb before he went to shit.
>>384918409
i fucking wish people would talk about obscure games on this board
instead it is all popular shit, like people actually think shit like fusion frenzy was obscure
>>384918692
I wish we nuked them 3 times
>threads usually die pretty fast
>>384919091
You're forgetting that to a degree, 4chan is still filled with normies and people who can't be arsed to explore their own hobbies.
The majority of /lit/ haven't read their own lists, the majority of /mu/ don't even know what lists there are.
You're expecting way too much out of a board on 4chan.
>>384919321
And it'll always be that way until the next big contrarian site shows up, until that happens we're stuck with summertime overdrive
>>384918612
BCV?
>>384919937
That doesn't mean you can't go through those lists, enjoy the videogames/music/books you find on them and then share those with those you think will enjoy them as well.
You just have to let go of the fact that the majority of people will not care about anything that isn't overly popular.
>>384918409
This game was definitely the best kart racer game bar none. I'm not just saying this because my IP got rebooted thanks to nostalgia fags
>>384920525
I wasn't saying that you can't, there's always going to be some good stuff every now and then but it doesn't change the fact that this site has a constant downfall in quality, especially after the election
>>384918612
Ace Combat 3?
>>384918409
I actually remember seeing that in computer stores (yes, they existed) back in the day. I thought the company only made Certain Genre of Games.
>>384921004
Honestly, it's been going downhill since a year or 7 ago. Some boards have completely gone to shit, others are only somewhat hospitable now.
But it's to be expected from such an easy-to-find community.
>>384921445
at least /v/ won't ban you for wrongthink or not sucking up to mods/senior members
>>384921445
The last time I remember the board being sorta acceptable was when minecraft was around its early alpha stage
There were movie nights on /x/ too
I'm not sure how long ago that was, I don't want to think too much about it
>>384919047
Nostalgia Pandering E-Celeb was never good.
>>384923041
Not yet, I expect that to change with another 1-2 years though. The janitors can already be pretty loose with their actions.
>>384923080
I remember when /mu/ was good. That's how long ago it was.
>>384923524
i got banned 2 weeks ago for telling someone to go back to redddit after openly admitting they "read something on reddit the other day" about something. they cited gr6 but instead of the actual rule being the reason for the ban they edited so it said "reddit boogeyman".

What E-Celeb cunt and what game?
>>384920525
This. 4chan is 98% sperging, shitposting, and dumb debates between retards.
Every now and then an anon with a real opinion and legitimate points will pop up, seemingly at random.
You just have to sort through mountains of trash to find these rare gems.
Thank you, unironic gemposters.
>>384924525
>>384925118
Oddly enough I still prefer places like these to other alternatives like reddit. Even if I have to wade through seas of shit, the gems are just so much better.
>>384918409
Can`t wait for OBSCURE VIDEOGAME to go mainstream and get a cancerous fanbase
>>384925118
For every thousand or so posts, there is at least one that makes the time worth it. It's usually a pretty good opinion or piece of information that I wouldn't have acquired elsewhere. I think it's partially also what is allowed here (4chan) which is 'almost' everything.
>>384924004
/mu/ has been full of shit for awhile, would you believe at one point you could actually find gigs through it? Shit is terrible now.
