I remember loving the gameplay and the disney characters in KH1 and KH2, but i didnt really care about the ORG 13.
Now, i've seen that they've included Toy Story and BH6 one of my favourites movies of all time i want to give the series another try after playing that crappy 3ds game.

I'd honestly wait until the reviews come out. If it ends up being as good or better than KH2 in terms of gameplay, grab that shit ASAP, regardless of the story.
Otherwise, consider learning up on the story or skipping it altogether. You know they're gonna release a Final Mix version of it in a year or two after release anyway, so you won't miss much if you wait.
