It's a weird hybrid between a party game and a fighting game.

For a fighting game there's nearly zero depth.
For a party game it's way too overpriced.
Controls are very unusual.

I kinda wish there was some sort of adventure mode with a full overworld.

The depth isn't really there. A majority of the arms are just variants of other arms. Nothing that really changes the dynamic of the gameplay. It's throw, punch, dodge/block, throw your own punch, bait a grab, mash super, repeat.

Fun for a weekend but excitement gone after that. I only had fun in the beta because it was the one hour window of availability. Once I had the full meal, the magic was gone.
