That is extremely reductive. It was a corrupted AI that did all the real damage, and the ending hints that some other force may have even been behind that. Play the game before you spew bullshit. There was a dumb guy involved, and he was white, but saying he destroyed the world is like saying that gun manufacturers are murderers. All of the stuff that gets thrown under the MUH SJW bus for this game is fully explained in-game, and all of it makes sense without straining suspension of disbelief once you learn the full story. I don't think the writing was great, but the story itself was decent.
