AMD CPU's are trash for gaming and single core performance. An i3-6100 dual core (w/ hyperhtreading) will get you better FPS in games and much better FPS in emulation. CEMU might run some minor games well for you but the majority will be stuttery messes and the emulator is still not intended for general use yet so it already benefits from having a beefier CPU to make up for poor optimization. GPU doesn't matter for emulation currently (as long as your GPU isn't ancient) so your HD 7800 GPU will be fine. Just get an i3-6100 or an i5. Not only will modern games and Windows run much faster but emulation beyond PS1 era will actually be playable.

8GB is fine, but if you're getting a modern i3/i5/i7 it will require DDR4 memory to work so you'd have to buy new RAM as well because you're DDR3 would be useless. If you want to save money you could get a used 3rd-4th gen i5 like an i5-3470 and compatible MOBO so you can use the same RAM you already have. But if you want to be more future proof you should ideally get an i5-7600k, compatible MOBO, and 8gb (2x4gb) DDR4. That CPU would absolutely blow the FX 8320 out of the water, it would be a severely massive difference in all computer performance and gaming.

The reality is that even the ancient i5-2500k OC'd to around 3.8ghz will give you nearly the exact same FPS in the vast majority of games and will easily reach the 1080p 60fps mark that newer CPU's reach. The only reason to go i7+ and get the latest gen CPU is if you're going for 144hz. If you're aim is 1080p - 1440p and 60fps locked then you're wasting money on anything better than the latest i5 clocked at around 3.5+ghz

I had to play through DX:MD with my game literally locking up with whatever keys I had held down for a few seconds at a time as it shit itself. And no, I'm not a fucking monkey and know my PC works fine. They're also the most CPU intensive titles out there right now, you know fucking nothing. That's why the Xbone version of Hitman runs better than PS4, because it's got a slightly faster CPU even though the GPU is a big downgrade. BOTW is best enjoyed on a Switch and should be bought to enjoy on the go. I personally find piracy of games that are still in the market to be harmful to the industry. It wouldn't be a problem if the said console and game made their exit and they are unplayable by now by normal means. But since the Switch is a new console and you can play BOTW on it, there's really no excuse of not buying the game and just playing it. The Wii U may have died fatally but the Switch should do just fine. You can alternatively buy a Wii U if you want to play BOTW on it, they aren't that expensive nowadays but you're better off with the Switch.
