Most mobile games are perfect for what they're trying to do, that is, giving you a modicum of hassle free entertainment on a 5 minute train ride. You want complex epics with intricate mechanics, stories, graphics? Well it's not happening on your fucking phone. That doesn't make mobile games shit yet. I play 'real' games at home and clash of clans on the way to work. Sue me.
