What games help you de-stress?

I play games to stress myself, not de-stress

Stardew Valley. The only problem is that it's one huge timesink, if you are playing fair/on consoles without 20 add-ons.

Sleeping dogs and a Sprite.
Literally what I do if I need to get my head together

The game of Flagellating myself removes about 50 stress

Either a game where I'm operating on muscle memory after years of training so I don't have to stress my conscious, or something like Cities Skylines where you get to design train tracks and stuff.

I like train tracks.
