What are games where you already start with the best set and can use your equipment all the way through ?
I like the idea of remaining the exact same character, and just getting stronger as I go

Also, you can go through DeS and DaS3 with starting gear, no problem. And knight classes both have AESTHETIC armors which make you feel you're already above the average scrub when you start the game

For armors not really, it depends on your taste.Who uses armors for stats in souls games anyway ?
As for the equipment, you can finish those games with the starting swords, even though there are better weapons
