I've seen people say theirs got cancelled even though they ordered a few minutes after they became available. I got mine 20min in so who knows.

I bought two about 10 minutes after they went on sale.

Neither has gotten a cancellation notice, I'm hopeful that they won't be cancelled (I also got two super mario black N3DS from walmart back when that happened, and neither was cancelled).
