in honor of the re-release of GU later this year, I decided to try to finish the first 4 as I think I stopped somewhere during the second game years ago.
Man, the game did not age well. The story and setting seem as great as I remember, but the draw distance is one of the worst I've seen in a PS1 game and the controls don't feel great even on a DualShock.
Guess I'll keep messing with the settings to see if I can get it to look better since I have a pretty good computer and Blackrose is cute.

I played all 4 volumes like 3 years ago on emulator on a shitty pc honestly fuck this game. Blackrose is cute though

Went back and replayed them after the announcement too. While the gameplay wasn't as bad as i remembered, the whole "MISS,MISS,MISS" thing really annoyed me desu.
