Sorry for the typo. I'm a CS student and the material of the leaked SDK is more then enough to write an emulator within the next two years. I really wish I had the time to do so.

Kinda yeah. The binaries should run with ease. All we need to do is to re-implement the GPU API with vulkan and convert the shaders to SPIR-V. We don't need CPU emulation, but GPU emulation.
