Coresec looks best. Electric blue matches her hat, the larger scar is more likely to actually get noticed during gameplay. The DBZ scanners look dumb

Not exactly, just what's up with loadout cards, do they matter, should I buy them or just wait until they roll in a lootcrate. What else is there worth buying for in-game currency. User interface is a little busy, hard to navigate.

loadout are just different guns and abilities. They combine the 2 so good combination of ability and weapon is rare so not everyone use the same thing.
The only thing I have spend in-game money for is to unlock mercs.

It actually got revived back to 5K players with the release of bullshit shield man. They also released two new maps so that probably helped too.
