Haven't seen the newer ones yet. But his old stuff is still gold.

The only thing that pisses me off about him is he's never reviewed the most fucked up lying piece of shit game I've ever played. "Captain Silver" for Sega master system. Booklet lists several bosses NOT in the game. You can beat it in 20min. I wasted $40 of my hard-earned cart pushing money as a kid for it.

He hasn't been good since 2012 or so. His hiatus back in mid 2010 was a turning point, though.

His new shit is still watchable, but it pales in comparison to his older stuff. I think this has to do with the unnecessarily high production values now, and he seems a lot less angry and more whiny (think for NIIIIIIIIIIIMOY!!!!!).

TGWTG as a whole isn't even on the same league as James. Everyone that works with dough always trys to do things different from what they're first known for, and fail to deliver the same level of quality. James has done this for years, consistently, and has always delivered quality content. Hell, his latest Mega Man 2 book reading is better than anything anyone from TGWTG has put out in years.
