The thing is, 2 months after the release of an expansion, there's nothing to discuss.

It's all math. Which deck has the highest winrate against which deck. Yes, someone could discover a new deck, but it's not going to be one of us.

I'm not against netdecking, but you have to agree that it makes the game more boring. But I do understand why people do it, why would you not.

Net decking doesn't cause problems it reveals them. Protip: Card games are bad. The skill ceiling is so horribly low. It's 95% about RNG, baby.

I remember 2 years ago I was able to take some random timmy shaman deck to 8 rank. Not an achievement, but these days even rank 18 all you see is top tier netdecks

There's no rewards or any point of single player. You never learn from it. If you play about 10-15 games or so, you'll get the hang of it very quick. Just play about with decks, don't worry about losing. It's just a bit of fun. But it certainly isn't a single player game.

How's the new expansion? Did they fix the game being too swingy from turn to turn? It's no fun placing minions only to have them instantly removed next turn every fucking turn.

k. So basically I feel like it just comes too late in the game, basically requires mana deathgrip or crystal wisp to ramp it out (shivers doesn't count because it's trash). Also the card was clearly designed to benefit from winters wake but have embla and wake really leaves a weak early game

Removal is still plentiful, however I would rate the previous expansion very positive. seems to have revitalised the game and more importantly, the community
