I wanted to but I had PSP 3000 which I had updated too far to get CFW. Luckily there was an exploit in a demo in the PS Store and you could use it to load up homebrew and emulators so I had that.

Cool to look at but shitty storage media in general. The cases were way too fragile and if those cracked (can happen easily with normal use) or broke then your game was useless. Also load times on a handheld were ASS and the disc drive drained your battery faster.

As soon as CFW became available and you could buy cheap memory sticks, you had no excuse to copy all your UMDs to the memory card.
