Yamcha baseball moves using Puar shape-shifting powers.

Chiaotzu could actually work on his own too. He's mostly a spacer, with his dodon rays, dodon blasts, spark balls, and super rays, and he can use his drill attacks to try and knock away opponents when they get close, but these aren't hard to counter. He could also use his arms to perform psychokinesis, to slow and slowly harm the enemy, Chiaotzu could land kick attacks while doing this. He can also use his suicide attack, but if it doesn't take out the other enemy right there, Chiaotzu loses.
He's probably the lowest priority character of all the Dragon Ball Gang, and the least defined, but it's interesting how any character could work for this kind of fighting game if you put a little thought into it.

Hawkeye in MvC3 has Antman with one of his supers. May from GGXrd has her whole crew with one of her supers and her instant kill has her working with April. It's not unheard of and it's not a crazy amount of work for the crew. Building and modeling the character is the easy part. It's all the shading they do in the mean time that's hard. Kamehameha – Yamcha is able to pull off the basic Kamehameha attack as well as some variations. One such variation is specific to Yamcha alone. Yamcha launches a Kamehameha made of three thin intertwining rays of ki that barrels into the opponent. He uses this to defeat a Saibaman when fighting the Saiyans.

A DB game could be cool. Most of it's cast wouldn't work in this one solely because they can't fly though. SDBZ made a nice workaround for Chi-Chi but they can't do stuff like that for everyone.

Dude, arale is fucking half the size of Krillin. She can't get in because canonically she would naturally evade every characters normals.
Her and Kid Goku are literally too short to be in the game, Goku is only more possible because he can always be flying the nimbus.
