The problem with this game is there's no singular art direction. You have Marvel's side that is halfway trying to be like the MCU and halfway children's cartoons, and then Capcom's side is half colorful cartoons and half gritty realism. No, I'm not interested. I've played every versus up to ultimate, and I did have interest in Infinite. However, the roster leak, aesthetic and more just killed it for me. And it's not like I even want to dislike the game, but I've never felt so uninterested in a game in a long time. I hate villains like Sigma.

It's typical and expected to see the villain lose at the end of the game. We've seen it time and time again with Bowser, Eggman, even Dr Wily within the same Megaman universe, but the difference between them and villains like Sigma is that villains like Sigma is that Sigma has never had a single "oh shit" moment where he feared X or Zero, he just pretends he has never lost to them.

It isn't often that I see this in games, but it pisses me off when it does happen. It makes me want to knock some sense into them. It's one of the reasons why I straight up dropped the game Jeanne D'Arc on PSP. You fight this general named Talbot like 10 times, back to back, and defeat him each time and each time you encounter him he acts all smug and pretends he's never been beaten by your team and then he ends up beating you in a cutscene.

tl;dr: Fuck Sigma. Nobody likes Sigma. Choose somebody better for the Megaman slot. I'd prefer playing as Wily in some fuckhuge Sentinel-sized Wily Machine or add Bass to the game instead.
