At what point does a game count as dead?

According to /v/ standards it's whenever You Personally stop playing it. (re: the dozens of Team Fortress 2 is dead shitposts)
Practical standards it's when you can no longer find a decently full match at reasonable ping.

When the servers shut down i guess

when there's zero players. it will stop being dead if it goes back up to 1 player though

When most of its reviews are negative and about hackers, bad servers or abandoned by devs
