Dragon's Dogma is truly great gameplay wise, i'm having a lot of fun, but... why the world and lore is so generic? I'm going to the bluemoon tower for a second time and there's literally nothing original in this world. By the way, what being the Arisen even mean? I feel like just a random dude walking around, it's not like being the Fateless One in KOA or the Dragonborn in Skyrim.

Man, this game has gotten stale fast. I hope the sequel (if it ever comes) improves on the combat so it isn't as shallow as this.

It's in rocky testing atm, but there is going to be a World Difficulty mod that'll change up all the spawns across the entire game.

The author is brilliant, But obtuse. She found all this shit and has the ability to put it in the game, but is dramatic and stubborn.

It doesnt help that it's a massive pain in the ass to modify the game files in the way she' sdoing. DD is not receptive towards modding like that. Last I heard she was trying to solve a golem failing to appear all the time and randomly playing the JP voices ingame.

So, I finished the game and was wondering, is it worth doing NG+? The beginning was really slow and boring the first time.

You can blitz through it. The game is extremely easy to speedrun outside of the Ox mission.

The last boss changes. Nothing else. I think your Portcrystals stay at the same place too, so no need to reconstruct your teleportation network.

When you were able to complete the mainquest and the Everfall you should be able to play through BBI - at least if you are not switching to the hard mode. It's the perfect ending for a playthrough, to be honest.
