Quite a large portion of the PS2's sales were as late as 2008-09 in third-world shitholes like Brazil. With gambling laws ensuring that consoles aren't economically viable (Ninty as a result don't even bother supporting parts of South America) for 99% of people, tthe PS4 won't be able to do the same thing.
