Biggest problem I'm having with the game is deciding which Jobs to assign to the characters, let alone pick their second jobs.

Vaan - Shikari
Panelo - White Mage
Balthier - Uhlan
Fran - Archer

Basch - Foebreaker?
Ashe - Want to do Knight/White Mage but I already assigned Panelo as that...

Give characters their roles based off their stats. Vaan and Basch have the highest STR and HP at level 99 so they should be tanks or high damage dealers. Ashe has the highest MAG at level 99 so she should be your primary mage.
