I want to fucking use aliens but they seem to be unable to understand that a majority of human squadmates are throw aways and will largely go unused with MAYBE an exception for James. I hated the way they handled the DLC. Leviathan and the Prothean squadmate should have been in the base fucking game. Leviathan helped to make the story make any degree of sense, and the Prothean was clearly supposed to be in the game from the beginning. Galaxy map exploration was also much worse than it was before.

Nah. ME1s combat is fucking awful. Its like it wants to be a cover based shooter but cant be bothered with things like guns feeling good to use or taking cover actually mattering. My insanity playthrough was every fight use that ability that makes pistols accurate hold fire till they die.

Yes, it was literally on-disc DLC. And that's still one of the least of ME3's crimes. Anyone who was paying attention saw the writing on the wall after ME2 though, there's really no excuse for being surprised that ME3 was garbage after the shitshow that was 2.
