More like a shit-ton of unmade content.

I liked my MGS games 8-15 hours long with a nice 60/40 game/cutscene split, with nice replayability when skipping cutscenes.

TPP was 90 hours of rehashed fulton-this-nigger and "assassination" missions with interspersed 4 minute clips of Big Medic being a broody cunt and Kaz hating being alive.

Kojima goofed. He spent too god damn long making Just Cause 4 when he should've been making a Metal Gear.
