You can create as many accounts as you want and use a secondary one as a mule, you don't get banned for having 2 open clients to trade stuff yourself as they've stated in the past. There is always ways to work around jewery problem

Vaal Pact does't work with ES anymore.
I believe the multipliers behind CI don't exist anymore so your total HP will be reasonable instead of obscene.
I don't know if there are any changes to the items that enable CI or if you still get to get rid of all the downsides for basically free.

Also, going to start playing again on 3.0.0, what is the current meta? I always wanted to go back to my roots and play some ele cleave like I did in open beta. But i dont know if it is viable.
