Julius is probably my favorite boss of all time. I have a savestate just before him so I can go and fight him again every now and then. A really fun challenge was beating him only using the drop kick attack, only one full healing potion allowed. Took forever but it was a lot of fun to do.

I guess Castlevania threads have finally lost steam
